Products marked as SPECIAL ORDER, NON-STOCK, OUT OF STOCK or PRE ORDER will require more processing time (usually between 2-5 business days) Customers will receive either an email, SMS or phone -call to confirm that their order is ready to be collected . 

To collect your order in store, you will need your confirmation order, photo ID or credit card that was used for your transaction, ( If you pay via Paypal, your credit card is not required) are required to pick up your order.

Acceptable forms of ID include Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card or Passport. Visiting Stevensons Workwear prior to receiving a confirmation for collection may result in your items (s) not being ready for collection when you arrive.

Orders for collection must be collected within 14 days of the purchase date given by notice by telephone, email  or text that your order is available for collection. If your order is not collected within this time, Stevensons Workwear has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and re-order the goods for you at a later date.


To purchase with Stevensons Workwear, orders can be placed via our online store or by contacting us by phone or email. We welcome all inquiries via facebook and instagram ect and all efforts are made to answer inquires to the best of our abilities. Free quotes and account details are located under the accounts details in the menu.


All orders are shipped via Australia post using registered post. When no one is home or at the premises where goods are addressed, Austpost will leave a card with the location of the nearest Australia Post Retail Outlet where goods have sent and can be picked up. Stevensons Workwear and Safety does accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods while in or in freight. We will not be held responsible for incorrect address used when customers place orders. Postage of orders within Australia is $9.95 per order. lf Express Post or over night is requested within Australia, pease contact via email for an immediate freight charge. 

Stevensons Workwear and Safety makes every attempt to ensure online store is up to date with currently stocked items and prices. In case where stock is unavailabe, you will be advised via e-mail immediately and will be refunded the amount of the unaviaalbe item(s). In some circumstances goods may take up to two weeks to be sent out as these items will have to be ordered from our suppliers. In the event that multiply items have been purchased, we will notify and refund you the cost of the unavailable item(s). Unavailable items will not be placed hold. Below you will find delivery times for each state and or city. Please note this is based on regular Austpost service:

Melbourne Metro : Up to 2-3 Business Days

Victoria Country: Up to 4-6 Business Days

Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Tasmania: Up to 6-8 Business Days

Perth and Darwin: Up to 8- 14 Business Days


Stevensons Workwear and Safety is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Every item is inspected before it is despatched. In case the product does not fit, you will be responsible for the payment of the postage from your preferred location to us and then back again to you ($9.95) The product must be returned in the condition it was first sent. If the product is damaged in any way, Stevensons Workwear and Safety has the right to refuse any products from being replaced. We do not provide refunds if a customer simply changes their mind or the product does not fit. Discount items or discontinued items that have reduced in price cannot be returned or exchanged.
