How do l place

an order ?

To purchase online with Stevensons workwear and Safety please point your cursor over a category ie 'high visibility' then select a sub-

category  ie hi vis jackets. Our website will then bring you to the hi vis jackets page where you will see a number of products. Please then select the required product ie Agmer 21 oz Hi Vis Bluey Jacket. You will then be required to select a colour and size. Once this has been completed simply click 'Add to Cart" then "Continue Shopping" even if you intend to purchase the one product . If you wish to finalise your payment, please click ' Checkout', the Stevensons Workwear and Safety website will re-direct you to either Paypal or Stripe where you will be required to pay through either your paypal account or using your credit card.

Payment and

Shipment

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using registered post. When no one is home to accept your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with the location of the nearest Australia Post retail outlet they have sent your parcel to. Stevensons Workwear and Safety accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods in the post. We will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing an order. Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $9.95. If an Express Post Item is requested within Australia, please contact us for further details. Stevensons Workwear and Safety makes every attempt to ensure our online store is up to date with currently stocked items. In the case where stock  is unavailable you will be advised via e-email immediately and will be refunded the amount of the unavailable item. In some circumstances goods may take up to two weeks to be sent out as these items will have to be ordered from our suppliers. In the event that multiple items are purchased, we will notify and refund you the cost of the unavailable item. Unavailable items will not be placed on hold. Below you will find delivery times for each state and/or city. Please note this is based on regular services:

Melbourne Metro: Up to (2) business days

Victoria country: Up to (4) business days

Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Tasmania : Up to (6) business days

Perth, Darwin: Up to (6-7) business days

Refunds

Stevensons Workwear and Safety is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Every item is inspected thoroughly before it is despatched. In the case where a product does not fit, you will be responsible for the payment of the postage from your preferred location to us and then back again to you ($9.95). The product must be returned in the condition it was first sent. If the product is damaged in any way,  Stevensons Workwear and Safety has the right to refuse any products from being replaced. We do not provide refunds If a customer simply  changes his/her mind or the product does not fit.
